Are we crazy to want to get another dog?

At Pizza Paradiso the other night Charlie threw his head into his hands and cries out “I don’t want to be near this salad!!!”. Offending salad was a simple arugula with grated Parmesan and some lemon.

Teddy has started waking up at the crack of dawn and crying about everything for about an hour. Mostly about his clothes. It’s a really cheerful way for us to wake up. Charlie did this too. I remember the phase lasting forever. Or at least a few months.

Teddy: “I like Toy Story.”
Charlie: “I hate Toy Story. I don’t like cowboy girls.”
ALB: “Don’t say hate. Try to be nice about it.”

Charlie (in a tone of total desperation): “Mommy I don’t like cowboy girls. can I please be not nice to cowboy girls?”

The love from two babies is intoxicating. Absolutely intoxicating.

Charlie told me that his camp counselor, Coach Mack played against Roger Federer at tennis camp today. Not sure whether to believe that.

I love when Scottie says “oooo oh oh oh”

Teddy walks around all day long singing little snippets of songs he has learned at Teddy Bear Camp…This Little Lights of mine, Skinnamrink, ABC. And he says “I smell the blood of an Englishman.” Oh how we will miss Teddy Bear Camp.
