Tonight my cousin Andy came for dinner. He told the boys they could have the cupcakes he brought for breakfast. They will.

MJ showed his def break dancing to try to get the kids to eat dinner. Kinda worked.

MJ is telling Bridget and the boys one of the best stories he has made up so far where Spider-Man is in a museum in Paris and out of the corner of his eyes sees “twelve little girls in two straight lines and the smallest one was madelein. “

There was a block yard sale today and C & T sold lemonade. C kept yelling loudly “lemonade for sale!!!” In a booming voice and helpfully offered a glass to everyone who passed. Teddy asked “What’s money?” And the tried to charge $30 and $50 per glass. He also got $1 to buy a Peter Rabbit book from our neighbor.

I can’t tell is Scottie and Nell have a really elaborate baby language or if they have some sort of twin language but that chatter all day long (and I love hearing it) and use the same sounding “words” over and over.

They also repeat words and last night Scottie repeated “magician”.

Bridget is sleeping over and Teddy and Charlie are beyond thrilled. They made a bed for her on the floor this morning around 6am-8 hours before she arrived- and have asked if she can stay tomorrow night too. She told me that as is going to have the movie PussN Boots forever and the following joke:
Bridget: Knock knock
ALB/C/T: Whose there?
Bridget: Clock
ALB/C/T: Clock who
Bridget: Aren’t you glad I didn’t say pear?

My New Years resolution is to stop buying things I don’t need from ikea. And to take better holiday pictures.

Barquitos baptism today was lovely. I am honored to be his god mother. Charlie and Teddy were honored to be given petit fours to take home.

At the Kreeger. Seeing some old things and some new. At the Hirshhorn seeing words and hot dogs.

Why did I teach the babies to make a funny face sniffing? Now they do it all the time for laughs and I laugh but it is the goofiest looking expression.
