Scottie and Nelly are at the height of pointing to things and saying “this?this?” and “that. That.” It is just like Charlie did at the same age. I love hearing it.

There is the cutest mommy and baby dove sitting on our balcony railing. I’m so glad they come visit.

The girls have so much fun when we put a pile of blankets on the floor for them to roll around on. And thy can’t get enough of putting a blanket on their heads and us asking “where is nelly? Where is Scottie?”

Charlie loves holidays which I love. Even on memorial day he shouted out “it’s memorial day! How do we celebrate?”

I woke up on fathers day to a big crash- Charlie and Teddy had gone downstairs, climbed up on the counter and tried to get pens to write MJ a note. It was so sweet. We hung up a sign we made MJ, made pancakes for him and gave him gifts. But then Charlie thoughtfully said he wanted to get MJ a new lacrosse outfit so mj ended up driving the boys to a lacrosse store and buying himself a new stick and balls for the boys (Charlie slept with the new lacrosse balls in his hands).

Then we watched MJ play basketball, played on the playground with grandpa John, and then gave pez to grandpa Allan.

I am amazed by Charlie’s ability to focus on sports every day from when he wakes up til when he goes to sleep. Yesterday we went to a park and he just kept shooting baskets over and over again and actually made about 6. It was remarkable. I’m so impressed by his drive and determination as enjoyment.

I miss the boys when they are at camp. They both do such a good job of happily going into new situations where they don’t know anyone. I’m
So proud of them.

Charlie : “I didn’t bring any sports tools with me to camp. I need some like my lacrosse stick.”
Wrong word but a great understanding of language.

The Wall Street Journal just called and asked for Scottie Berman.
