Teddy used to say to me “Up pease,” all he time to get me to pick him up. Since I couldn’t pick him up, I’d say let’s hold hands. So now he says to me “Hand, hand,” and puts out his hand. So cte. I love holding his hand.
Charlie was telling me tonight that he was afraid of bad guys. I told him not to worry too much because he would be safe and to remember that Hon John helps make sure the bad guys are locked up. Charlie said excitedly “John is a hero!! He is a hero!”
Since our new car is in the shop (3 days after we bought it) I have been driving a rental mini van around. Not so sure about this…
Teddy got his hair cut today and looks great. He was so good sitting in the barber’s chair.
He also got two his his toe nails painted red. I was painting Scottie’s big toe so people can tell them apart and T insisted. It looks so funny on his cute chubby little foot.
Today Charlie started eating lunch at camp and it was my first time as a mother packing a lunch. I love it.
People always stop Huck on the street, and yet again someone stopped us the other night and said “Hello there!! Is this a Belgian Shepherd? She is such a beautiful dog.” Huck, do you have any idea how beautiful you are, my little Belgian waffle?
Scottie and Nell are one month old as of yesterday. They are growing up too fast. I keep thinking of everything about the day they were born and being in the hospital with them. It was all so nice…Teddy and Charlie coming to visit (Charlie in his seersucker jacket), taking two days to name them, I could hold the babies all day, the nurses were so nice and each time I go to the hospital to have a baby I want to become a nurse, I ate almost only watered down apple juice and graham crackers for days, MJ would hang out in the room with me making it more fun, we watched fire works from the window on the 4th of July, and Hon John brought me a gardenia that made the room smell so good.
And this month has been so great–they are so amazing and C&T&H are so cute with them. So heavenly…
