Chuck D & Mr. T

Yesterday I had such a fun ride jumping with Stanley. After so much effort riding Spice last week, Stanley was so much fun. And today I think I turned a corner with Spice.

One of the things I love the most is walking outside en famille. It has everything I want-the children, MJ, walking, outside, dogs. Battery Kimble is so close so we walk over there with the kids and let them explore. We try not to direct them to much and instead to let them run and try things so they can have some independence. They were walking over logs and the creek and Charlie fell, Teddy for stuck and Scottie got her feet wet but no matter at all-they were fine and were better off for it.

I’m at the back door watching a beautiful snow flurry and the dogs out back and can hear the kids on the playground shouting with excitement at the snow. So sweet.

We took some fabric (leftover from living room chairs) to Teddy’s class to make a project. Teddy decided to wear it as a wrap all day.

I also LOVE being in the barn with the kids playing with horses. They are so natural with them.

Holiday village scene with snowmen made by the little crafters. Bags and bags of gifts for teachers, neighbors, friends. It has been so much fun putting these together. I love giving gifts and making things. Love it.
