Teddy loves books so much that think he is kept awake looking at the books on his shelf from his crib.
When I read Teddy the book
Boo Hoo Baby and we get to the part where the baby goes in his crib, Teddy points to his crib. Good job T.

Charlie made a joke yesterday saying “Daddy go to work use a hammer. Huck go to work use a dog hammer! Hahahahahahahah!’ Pretty funny for 2.
Here he is banging on our neighbors Jimmy and Catherine’s door. He wanted to say hi so every time we past the house for two days he had to stop (too bad they were out of town).

The other day Charlie yelled “Not sharing!” and proceeded to drag Teddy out of the room by his feet. Maybe we need to up our lessons on being gentle.

Every morning Teddy cries out from his crib to let us know he wants to be be gotten. I pick him up, get him a bottle of milk, and then snuggle with him siting on a chair while he drinks. It is such a happy time of my day.

Teddy is really into dancing and whether it is “real” music or me singing he bounces up and down so excitedly. He also cannot get enough Blue Igloo and rolls around all over the mats.

This is Charlie’s second week of school at NCRC. He is in the bunny (youngest) class and goes 3 half days a week. For a few weeks before he went to school I told him how much fun it would be and that he would be “dropped off so you can have fun playing with the other kids al on your own!” So from the first day on, he went right into the classroom, said goodbye to me, and didn’t look back. No tears, no fussing, no upset. He is totally brave and independent. I was the one who cried. He doesn’t say much about what he does there but the first day he asked eagerly “Go back?” And now everyday he says “Mommy drop me off!” Usually I walk him into his room but
today we did the carpool line for the first time . Teachers (not his) come to the car and get him out and take him in. He went readily and happily and they all said “Charlie you are such a brave little guy!” and he replied “I a brave big guy.”
He is a little weepy with me at home and seems extra sensitive, but he keeps it together at school.
All the bunnies made a bag at school that they bring every day to carry notes, artwork, and other things to and from school in. He keeps saying “Mommy made this for you.” He also insists on wearing his duck “pack pack” to the car (today it was filled with golf balls) and driving with it to school.
