Charlie spent a lot of yesterday practicing shaking hands with people and saying “Meet you”. And helping pick out paint colors (he calls all colors “blue”).
Teddy spent a lot of yesterday holding his head up, pushing up when on his tummy, and getting a bath in the kitchen sink.

Charlie is very particular about music. He always asks to turn it on, always wants to hear Boom Boom Pow, and always asks for “more” during the pause between songs. He also runs to get his guitar every time he hears a song that he likes. Rachel gave him some new mix cds the other days which he loves (though he always wants to skip Raconteurs, Heartless Bastards and Lucinda Williams).
Also, he is a great dancer.

Charlie has about a thousand new words a day. And for a while now he has been able to understand everything you say to him. Today I asked him to go get a bowl from the cabinet, and he ran and did it and was so pleased with himself.

Teddy is so soft and cute and cuddly and the hair on his head is fluffy like a little chick. Here is his head when he was about 3 days old.
