I hope my little valentines are feeling my love for them even though I’m far away. I know I’m feeling MJ’s love with him right here at my side. I long to get back to them to cuddle and kiss them and tell them how I love their laughs (and cries), their voices, the silliness and playfulness, their kindness and gentleness, their clever minds and physical abilities. I love you little ones. Xoxo

I’m at the airport thinking of all the places I want to take the littles and see with MJ. I would love us all to go to Scandinavia, St Petersburg, Morocco, Iceland, Asia, the Grand Canyon, Israel, Vermont. Teddy really a to go to London to ride a double decker bus and Charlie wants to go to Spain and I can’t wait to take them. I want to take them around the world and to see all the things out there together as a family. And of all the places MJ and I can go. And all the places the children will go on their own. And they can have so much fun exploring, and seeing things, and trying new food, and listening to new music, and packing light, and wearing nice clothes on the flight.

In a Vogue article I just read someone say Olympic ski jumper Grete Eliasson “just really likes life. ” that is exactly
How I always feel. I just really like life and always have felt that way. I’m so lucky to always have that.

How does a trip to Boston to see a doctor end up at the Harpoon Brewery?

Snow storming in Cambridge, sitting in the library reading, seeing MJs seat in the design school studio, Plough and Star bar that he frequented, Grendels Where his friend gifted a waitress with a pair of pajamas in an unsuccessful early-20s attempt at romance, and his house on Florence Street. And a private lecture by me for M.

My husband built me my dream house, Charlie have me a note he wrote that said “I love you,” I spent the morning cuddling with Teddy, walking Charlie to school, volunteering my third grade class room, dancing with Scottie and Nelly at their ballet class and at home. I’m about to go into surgery. Hopefully it won’t be too bad and despite it I’m having a great day and love my life. I’m so happy. I love my children and husband more than anyone ever could and love them more every day. And I love my family and family of friends beyond belief. Life is magical. The material of this hospital gown is pretty gross though.

Snow day. Sledding with Charlie and Teddy and the Wollins at Battery Kemble. Sledding with Scottie and Nelly on the front lawn of Lowell. Charlie was fearless and went right to the top. Teddy smartly knew
His limits then expanded them and started going on his own. Most fun of
The day was going down the hill in a sled with MJ and Teddy. It made me
So happy.
